By accessing or using the GigFlow platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. GigFlow is operated by Orcava Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation headquartered in Boston, MA.
GigFlow is a financial management and productivity platform for gig workers and independent contractors. It provides:
Income tracking and insights across multiple platforms (via APIs such as Argyle);
Expense categorization and tax optimization;
Financial analytics and personalized reports;
Optional community and events features for collaboration and networking.
You must be at least 13 years old and legally capable of managing your own financial data. Additionally, users must:
Reside in jurisdictions where GigFlow is legally available and compliant.
Be independent contractors or self-employed individuals using the Service for lawful financial management purposes.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under their local laws.
By using GigFlow, you represent that all information you provide is true and accurate.
Account Registration
When registering an account, users must confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful. Users agree not to misrepresent employment or income data, impersonate others, or use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
GigFlow connects to Argyle, a secure third-party API, to retrieve your work and income data from supported platforms (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, Upwork, etc.).
You authorize GigFlow and Argyle to access your data solely for analytics and reporting.
GigFlow does not sell or share your financial data.
Argyle is SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS compliant.
GigFlow does not provide certified tax, accounting, or investment advice. All information is for educational and analytical purposes only. You are solely responsible for complying with IRS and local tax requirements.
GigFlow integrates with:
Argyle – for financial data aggregation;
Firebase – for analytics, cloud messaging, and user authentication.
All code, trademarks, designs, and algorithms within GigFlow are property of Orcava Inc. and protected under applicable law.
Orcava Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GigFlow or third-party data connections.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, with jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

By creating an account on GigFlow, you explicitly authorize Orcava Inc. and its verified data partner, Argyle, to access, retrieve, and process your connected income, employment, and financial data from third-party sources such as gig platforms (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, or Lyft).
This data is used exclusively to provide GigFlow’s income tracking, analytics, and tax optimization services.
You may revoke this authorization at any time through your GigFlow account settings or directly via Argyle’s user dashboard.
Your data will remain encrypted and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including CCPA, GDPR, and Massachusetts Data Security Regulation (201 CMR 17.00).
