Financial Data: Work history, income reports, and connected account data via Argyle.
Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, OS, app version, session duration, and app interactions.
We use information to:
Provide income tracking and tax optimization;
Retrieve and process income data securely through Argyle;
Improve app performance, analytics, and messaging via Firebase;
Enhance platform security and provide account notifications.
GigFlow uses Argyle to securely access your gig income and work data.
Data is encrypted end-to-end and handled under SOC 2 / PCI-DSS compliance.
Orcava acts as the data controller, Argyle as the data processor.
You can revoke Argyle access anytime via GigFlow or Argyle’s dashboard.
User Consent:
Users explicitly authorize Orcava Inc. and Argyle to access, process, and display financial data from linked gig accounts for income and tax analytics. Consent can be revoked anytime through GigFlow settings or Argyle’s portal.
GigFlow uses Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, authentication, and messaging. Data collected through Firebase is used solely to improve service reliability and user experience. Firebase complies with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 1/2/3, and GDPR standards.
Data may be shared with:
Argyle Inc. for financial data processing;
Firebase (Google LLC) for analytics and authentication;
Legal authorities, when required by law.
GigFlow does not sell, lease, or rent user data.
User data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Financial records are retained according to IRS-compliant schedules (3–7 years). Regular audits ensure compliance.
You may:
Access or download your data;
Request corrections or deletions;
Revoke Argyle or Firebase data connections;
Opt out of marketing messages.
